  Over the weekend my washing machine decided to break and the drum started bouncing around like crazy. I put off calling someone to repair because I was so busy. I called Affordable Appliance Repair yesterday morning. I talked to Ramsey, the owner, and he said he was going to be in my area that same evening with an appt at 7pm and would it be convenient to come by after. So basically same day service!! I am sure this is not the standard but it was so great!! I asked him to call prior to coming in case I fell asleep. He promptly called me around 8pm. Came right over, found the problem, fixed it. I paid Ramsey a very reasonable and yes, affordable, price and he was out the door again by about 8:45. I will definitely use Affordable Appliance Repair again for any other appliance issues I may have and I will also be happily referring them to family and friends. It was so refreshing to not feel like I was being taken advantage of.
